I’m finally back with a new recipe for y’all!

We’re a little obsessed with burgers this summer, but its always good to mix it up. In my never ending hunt for meals that practically make themselves, I arrived at this recipe. It’s a quick, easy crockpot meal that also happens to make delicious leftovers. It was an instant hit in our house and I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Clean crockpot cheeseburgers

Adapted from this recipe

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup tomato sauce

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/4 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic salt

1/2 lb cheese cut into cubes (we used pepperjack, but use whatever you’d normally top your burger with)

Brown and drain ground beef. Place all ingredients except the cheese into the crockpot and combine. Place cheese cubes on top. Cook on low for about 3 hours. Stir and serve on buns.
