I can’t get enough pitas! I came up with a quick, easy pita chip recipe.
Take one whole wheat pita (I use Trader Joe’s)
Spread with a thin layer of olive oil
Sprinkle with chosen seasonings. I use garlic powder and pepper.
Cut into eight pieces, using a pizza cutter
Bake on a baking sheet at 350 for 7 minutes
Enjoy alone with your dip of choice. I love these with garlic hummus or goat cheese!
